Our rates are subject to change without notice until reserved. All rates are per-night, plus 8.25% Transient Accommodations Tax “TAT” (increases to 9.25% after July 1, 2010) and 4.166% General Excise Tax “GET”.
Cancellation Fee: $500. Withheld from reservation fees. We will retain $500 at our discretion if a reservation is canceled and subsequently replaced at the same rate and for the same term. Also applies to pro-rata refunds. NO REFUND UNLESS RE-RENTED.
